As part of this initiative, the real estate body is extending exclusive benefits such as waivers on society charges, skill enhancement programs, two-wheelers, laptops, and appliances to encourage women’s participation in property ownership.

The event, inaugurated by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde after a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, aims to promote gender-neutral practices in the real estate sector.
